MONDAY MORNINGS - STARTING MAY 6 for 16 weeks 
(excluding Memorial Day, May 27)

GREEN FEES: $18 WALKING; $32 RIDING per week

LEAGUE FEE: $45 FOR THE SEASON – INCLUDES ENDING
BANQUET (SEPT. 12) AND PRIZES

    IMPORTANT:
    Fill out the form below, then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page.  You will then be brought to the Give Central website for payment.  When you enter your credit card information on Give Central be sure to do the following:  for the credit card expiration date, select the year first and then the month; you must check the box underneath the expiration date at the bottom that says "I accept the user policy" before clicking on "Confirm gift".   Once you click "Confirm Gift" a Gift Summary page will be displayed confirming your payment. You will also receive a confirmation email.
